rkd-terminal pair now also opens rkd://pair?code=XXXX-XXXX, so the RKD desktop app shows its own native pairing dialog with the code filled in and nothing is typed. The link only pre-fills: RKD pairs when the user clicks Pair (Cancel is the default button), never on the link, and the plugin still checks the code (5 minutes, 5 attempts, single use).

--dev opens rkd-dev:// (the RKD Dev beta, which registers its own scheme so it never takes stable's links); --no-open only prints the code. The code is always printed as the fallback, and a failed opener (no graphical session over ssh, RKD not installed) falls back to the typed-code instructions. Openers: open on macOS, xdg-open on Linux (skipped without DISPLAY/WAYLAND_DISPLAY), rundll32 url.dll,FileProtocolHandler on Windows.

App side: nanoya-biz/rkd#1193 (issue nanoya-biz/rkd#1185). The local-link protocol is unchanged.

Local gates: crate tests, cargo clippy -D warnings, cargo fmt --check.
