Bumps the workspace to 0.8.0 (Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock) and the RKD_TERMINAL_VERSION examples in install.sh and local/README.md, for the release that ships #9 (rkd-terminal pair opens rkd://pair?code=…). Local-link protocols are unchanged from 0.7.0. After merge, tag v0.8.0 on the merge commit on main; release.yml builds and publishes.

chore: release 0.8.0 (nanoya-biz/rkd#1185) ... 958693a9c5

rkd-terminal pair now also opens rkd://pair?code=… (rkd-dev:// with
--dev), so the RKD app shows its native pairing dialog with the code
filled in; the code is still printed and --no-open only prints it (#9).
The local-link protocols are unchanged from 0.7.0.
